The location of Mercure was great and only a short walk from Paddington station. Our room was comfortable with lovely decor. The highlight was the big fluffy towels in the bathroom. I recommend this hotel for a short stay in London.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy to get around. The service was unbeatable with staff at every shift providing impressive assistance. We particularly loved the room service and dry cleaning, which made our stay even more luxurious. Additionally, the housekeeping was excellent and the room amenities exceeded our expectations.

We loved the hotel's location near everything in the Paddington Station area. The hotel is very close to Paddington train station and several tube stations, including the Paddington Express to the airport. We enjoyed the decent breakfast provided and found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated. The location was excellent, with easy access to Paddington, the park, and central London. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The included buffet breakfast had a great selection and the waitresses did their best to keep everything stocked despite being busy.
The TV set in our room was old and should be replaced.

It's a central location perfect for those who want to get around easily on the tube. There are multiple tube stations nearby making it very convenient. The hotel is located in a square and the atmosphere is nice.
The hotel pillows weren't very comfortable.
